Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We cannot accept items that are returned without a prior return request.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that custom-made neon signs created using our builder or your own logo cannot be returned, except in cases of production defects or mistakes on our end.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@hitneon.com.
